Welcome to APSCUF-KU’s on-line resource for and about APSCUF-KU’s delegates to APSCUF’s state legislative assembly. APSCUF’s legislative assembly is the policy-making body of our union. Kutztown University is currently the third largest campus in Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (behind IUP and West Chester University) giving us nine (9) delegates.
